Dear Friend of the Press,
It was a paparazzi moment! Flashes and clicks from dozens of cameras enveloped the stage, bemusing the five men who where the object of all the attention.
What am I talking about?
I'm referring to a wonderful moment that occurred at our Luncheon/New Press Dedication during Connection in May. All four past FMI Directors joined current Director Jonathan Hall on stage at our event.
People, sensing the history and appreciating the service of these five men, literally rushed the stage to capture the gathering. It was a highlight of an afternoon filled with highlights. Dozens of missionaries and national leaders joined us and were prayed over by 400 guests during an afternoon not only committed to the ministry of the Press, but missions in general.
Last but not least, these same leaders prayed over our new 4-color press. This was a culmination of a time where guests saw all the machines and volunteers in action.
