This cutting-edge weekend workshop combines the creative art of theatre and the practice of deep emotional growth work in a powerful intensive.  We use breath, sound and voice, movement, dance, and various acting and improvisation techniques, including those of Michael Chekhov.  It's about unlocking our natural self expression, which is one of the basic needs all human beings share.

We focus on the stories from adolescence through today that have imprinted us negatively. Situations where we felt disempowered, shamed or confused about who we are and what we need and want. Reframing these stories enables us to respond and communicate in a more mature, responsible, and clear way in similar future situations. 

Through fully engaging in our own or someone else's story in this way, comes the natural wisdom to detach from them, a sense of liberation from the past, and an ability to respond to life from this present moment.

This workshop is beneficial for anyone: men and women, couples or singles. Additionally, it offers a unique opportunity for couples to grow in a more intimate understanding of each other, which fosters compassion and trust.
