About the AW Inline Automated Vial Cleaning System
The Cozzoli AW Series air cleaning and washing systems make compliance to regulation both direct and cost-effective. Increased efficiency, quality and reliability are reflected in the design of every Cozzoli washer. Cozzoli's specially designed universal carriers maintain vials in a perpendicular position and eliminate particulate generation. The AW Series uses a PLC to control the wash cycle and the user can precisely determine wash parameters for each specific container, which allows for WFI savings. Key features include easy operation, simple change-over, sanitary streamlined and low profile design, and programmable controller management of all machine logic functions.
