RFL Rotary Fill-to-Level Filling Machine
The RFL rotary fill-to-level filler is a reliable, high performance machine that can
readily accommodate a wide range of container sizes and product viscosities.
Each
machine is custom designed for your specific packaging requirements.High precision machining of the nozzles and
manifold allow each machine to achieve fill level accuracy of plus/minus
1/16th of an inch.
The
changeover between container sizes and products is easily accomplished through
no-tool change-parts and optional quick-change nozzles. Flush in place systems can also be added to
reduce product changeover times.

These
fill-to-level machines are available in six frame sizes, incorporate from 6
to 90 filling nozzles, and easily handle containers ranging from ½ ounce to 2 1/2
gallons (15 ml to 9.5l). For a variety of different product viscosities, the RFL can be configured as pressure, gravity,
vacuum, or combination system.

FILLING
PRINCIPLE: This
machine features a manifold design, which delivers product (via gravity,
pressure or vacuum) to the individual fill nozzles. This manifold is equipped with a unique
shut-off disc. This shut-off helps to
eliminate product splash back and uneven fill levels. The container is allowed to relax to its
normal state before the nozzle is lifted out of the container.
