F400X-SS (stainless steel) Single Piston Liquid Filler
The Cozzoli F400X-SS is your machine for filling liquids at low production rates with high accuracy. The patented slide valve allows this machine to dispense a wide range of liquids from aqueous solutions to light oils. It is designed for rapid changeover and the positive slide valve action allows the product to be supplied under positive head pressure, allowing overhead or remote supply tank location. The F400X-SS has a calibrated volume selector arm for simple adjustments to achieve accuracies of +/- 0.5% of volume or better, with fill volumes up to 60 ml.

This machine functions on a 2" (50.8 mm) operating stroke with maximum cycling capability of 60 cycles per minute. A foot switch is provided for direct operator control, or the machine can be set to automatically dispense liquid at selected time intervals. The syringes operate without o-rings or packings, avoiding the possibility of product contamination. These liquid contact parts are easy to disassemble for cleaning and sterilization. The product is filled under positive head pressure made possible by the exclusive Cozzoli patented sliding type valve. A drawback control feature eliminates a hanging drop at the completion of each fill cycle.
