The Cozzoli Vision Inspection System is a reliable, high performance machine designed with class 100 clean rooms in mind. This machine is a compact stand alone unit that is ideal for use in areas with space limitations. The conveyor has a short feed screw that captures and stabilizes the vial while being inspected. The vial will then be directed into a vacuum starwheel that will direct the vial down the conveyor to the next station or down the reject conveyor and onto the reject table.
