| High Performance Liquid Filling Line |
|
|
Cozzoli Machine Company is pleased to highlight a high performance liquid filling line for filling aqueous products into vials and bottles in a sterile pharmaceutical environment. Highly durable and designed to be versatile, this fully integrated line handles multiple size containers of glass and plastic and varying doses with ease. Stainless steel construction with liquid contact parts of 316L stainless steel and complete automated processing reduce risk for contamination.
The line's functions include unscrambling vials and bottles, checkweighing, filling liquid, closing with stoppers, crimp capping the containers, vision inspecting, and tray loading. The line will fill liquid into containers from 15 ml to 1200 ml, with a line rate of up to 250 containers per minute.
Individual machines on the line include the UT42 unscrambling table for glass vials, the plastic bottle unscrambler for plastic bottles, the VR1640SS liquid filling machine, the CWS100 check weighing system, the RS400 stoppering machine with reject system including the AT24 accumulating table, the CM200 crimping machine with vision and reject systems including the AT24 table for rejects, the AT/UT30 buffering table, and the BT15 automatic tray loader.

| Cozzoli offers a broad range of liquid fillers to meet your application requirements. Our table-top, moderate to high-speed models are designed to fill a wide variety of liquids ranging from aqueous solutions to heavy oils, suspensions and creams. Our fillers perform with outstanding accuracies of +/- 0.5% or better of fill volumes. Production and cost saving features include compact size and quick and easy changeover.

We custom design our fillers for specific applications, therefore we offer several different filling methods including volumetric, fill-to-level, and time/pressure.
