dedham square logoWelcome Back Scoop Fans!
Please join us on Tuesday, February 2nd at 7 p.m. at town hall for the Town's public hearing on the Dedham Square Improvement Project.  Learn more about the design plans aimed at making the Square safer for pedestrians and motorists while making aesthetic improvements such as brick-lined sidewalks and gas lamps.   Our public-private partnership with the town has been a major factor in moving this project forward.  Click here to learn more.
Keep it Local
Now that the hustle and bustle of the busy holiday season is over, it's increasingly important to support the small, independently owned businesses throughout town which struggle through the slow winter months.  Making choices about where to spend your money can have a big impact.
10% shiftThe New England Local Business Forum has launched the "10% Shift" campaign, urging consumers to shift 10% of their annual budget to spend it at local independents.   Doing this generates huge benefits to the local economy as three times as much money is retained or recirculated in the same community when it is spent at local independents.   Click here to learn more.
