Chicago BBQ
WITS Alumni in Chicago had a barbecue Monday night, August 25th.  The hardest part for everyone was leaving as everyone was having such a good time.  Rabbi Rennert came in to Chicago for the barbecue, the night before leaving to New York for the bris of his new grandson.  You can go to the photo gallery at www.witsalumni.com  to see more pictures of the event.  Attendees ranged from the Class of 1989 to the Class of 2007.

This is a new series this year that will bring you back to WITS every other week and let you see what's going on.  This week focuses on the return of the Bais Medrash(Thursday).  Click here to watch.  The Bais Medrash was packed and hopping right away. 
 
Chaim Ray Focus on Alumni 
 
Chaim Ray (Class of 1998) is currently learning in the Mirrer Yeshiva in Israel. He and his wife Avigail  
recently had their third kid, a girl.  This tape was made for his ten year reunion which took place in June.
MishnayosA  new alumni collaborative mishnayos project is underway for 2008-2009.  The goal is for alumni to collectively complete all of mishnayos by June 7, 2009. (graduation) So go to shloshim.org and grab your mesechata now.  Listing is under Leah Chinyah bas Kalman Melech A"H.
