Nursing program approved by state
Culminating an extensive preparation process in partnership with the Crittenton Hospital Medical Center, Rochester College received Michigan Board of Nursing approval on June 7 for the full Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree program. Newspaper reports on college progress  
Bobby Ross, editor of the Christian Chronicle, recently visited the campus of Rochester College. He then published in the national newspaper an article about the college's progress in dealing with challenges over the past few years. To read the article, click here. Team wins first national championship 

Entering the national tournament of the United States Collegiate Athletic Association as the #1 seed, the Rochester College women's softball team captured its first national championship on May 9. Library receives grant for archiving
DALNET, a consortium of Southeast Michigan libraries, recently awarded an $8,000 grant to the Ham Library for professional archiving and digitizing of the college's Michigan church history collection. Vernon Boyd, a longtime minister in the area, donated the artifacts to the college. For more information, click here.
