Highfield Hall is once again decorated with holiday finery as we celebrate the magic of the season. Local florists and decorators have filled the gracious rooms with holiday décor, tree trimmings and custom floral arrangements. A renowned collection of crèches from around the world is on display along with other unique Christmas decorations. Art exhibitions include the
Winter Art Show and the
Small Treasures Show and Sale. A gift gallery features items for sale from local artisans, and a raffle of unique prizes will be offered with admission. Live music performances by your favorite local groups are scheduled throughout the weekend days.
New this year, Family Day will be held on Friday, November 27! The day features special activities for family groups in addition to the full schedule of Holidays at Highfield activities as described above. All are welcome. Special fun on Family Day includes
pre-arranged appointments for photography sessions with photographer Dianne Marshall, interactive story times, caroling, making ornaments to take home and creating holiday cards for soldiers.
Please check the
Highfield Hall website for details and schedules related to Family Day, the musical performances to be held on November 28 and 29 as well as December 5 and 6, and a list of vendors whose merchandise is for sale in the Gift Gallery.
