A Big Thanks to Hope Mellion
A dedicated volunteer since 1989.
After twenty years of volunteer service to the Providence Ronald McDonald House, Hope Mellion has decided to retire. Hope is one of our original volunteers, beginning in 1989. Her application is dated September 28, 1989, which means she applied to be a volunteer before the House actually opened.
Hope has served as a Shift Volunteer, starting with the Thursday afternoon shift once or twice a month, moving more recently to Wednesday afternoons. She also helped with numerous special events and projects over the years. Hope, thank you for your many years of service and dedication to the Providence Ronald McDonald House. We will miss you.

Hearts of Gold Hits the Jackpot!
Over 140 guests joined us for a night of wine and chocolate. We also enjoyed entertainment by Tom Conte and delicious hors d'oeuvres thanks to Gracie's. It was a wonderful evening to network or catch up with friends. By the end of the night, we raised more than $8,500 to support the House. Thanks to everyone involved in this wonderful event. |
