ARCCMCTC
Banking Basics - Mini Certificate Program
ARCCDo you wish you, or your employees, had more knowledge of the fundamentals of the banking industry?  Are you looking for coursework to supplement your employee learning plans and broaden their knowledge of today's rapidly changing financial industry?  This might be just the set of courses for you!

This 5 session course was designed in collaboration with the Cambridge Workforce Center, Anoka-Ramsey Community College, Minneapolis Community and Technical College and the central Minnesota banking/credit union community.

The sessions, held both at ARCC-Cambridge Campus and in local financial institutions, will provide students with foundational knowledge of today's banking industry and the "people" skills needed to work effectively within that industry.

The course is designed for employees of existing financial institutions who need an overall exposure to the industry (receptionists, new tellers) and aspiring financial institution employees.

Each 2+ hour session includes interactive exercises and case studies. There is a customer component designed within each module.  Students will receive a mini-certificate and CEU credits for successful completion of all 5 modules.
