- Coverage for piercing of minors - two options:
--LIMITED option to include: ears, nose, navel
--PLUS option to include: ears, nose, navel,
eyebrows & tongue - Guest Artist and/or Piercer endorsement available
- Limits from $100,000 up to $2,000,000 available
- Surface Piercing and Dermal Anchoring
- Communicable Disease Coverage ($50,000 sub-limit)
- Coverage for tattooing minors
- Mobile Unit Coverage
