"RES" is a modular, blended package policy including E&O, placed personnel dishonesty, cyber and privacy liability, alongside more traditional covers such as CGL, employee benefits liability and property cover.
"RES" tackles the tricky issue of vicarious liability by providing clear and explicit cover for claims brought against the agencies as a result of actions of their placed personnel, whilst also ensuring that the CGL sections also provide cover for these workers by including them in addition to the agency's own employees. This ensures that the insurance policy is carefully aligned with the insured's own risk profile.
Understanding that most agencies find it hard to get all their clients to sign up to standard terms of business this cover also includes a broad cover for breach of contract, which can provide cover for both standard and non-standard contracts.
