The product includes many extensions and options Superior to those generally available in the marketplace.
Some of the unique features are:
- Disappearing Deductible (Property Coverages) - the deductible does not apply if the settled amount of the loss exceeds $10,000
- No deductible on General Liability coverages
- Automatic Loss of Income and Crime coverages with the option to increase limits where needed
- No Maximum limit on Stained Glass, Pipe Organs or Religious Artifacts
- Basis of Loss Option - you can choose from several claim settlement options: Cash Value, Replacement Cost, or Agreed Value
- Basket of extensions - $500,000 covering everything from building by-laws to tombstones and crypts
- Physical and Sexual Abuse (available on an occurrence basis)
