| Required Paperwork for Payment |
All referees, must complete the following:
» W9 Form (US Referees only)
» Proof of Age Documentation (US Referees Only)
» Birth certificate, drivers license, passport, etc. » Current Officiating License
» Current USSF Referee Registration (NON-Minnesota Referees
Only.
» Copy of your Federation Referee License or a letter from your
Federation stating that you are in good standing as a referee.
» Copy of Travel Expense (Foreign Referees Only - Except those
travelling from the United Kingdom as part of the Trevor Wing
delegation).
» Copy of airline ticket, gas receipts, etc.
You must have all paperwork on file before you can be paid for any games.

US Soccer Referee Inspectors Steve Olson and Don Wilbur
-Wild America Waterpark, with minimum of 20 people
-Monday Tours - Sign Up and Fee Required - Available tours
include a trip to Mall of America, Valley Fair Amusement Park,
Science Museum of Minnesota and shopping excursion to

| Schwan's USA CUP Housing Reservation Available Online |
 The Schwan's USA CUP online housing reservation is now available. Referees attending the Schwan's USA CUP and Schwan's USA CUP Weekend are provided discounted housing in our on-campus residence hall. For the reduced rate of $35 USD per night, you will receive a bed/one set of linens and three meals per day in the NSC cafeteria. The residence hall also offers air conditioning and cable TV.
Limited space is available in the on-campus residence hall. With a large contingent of referees from the United Kingdom, an increased group from Jamaica, as well as South American and Canadian referees, plus a diverse group of referees from across the USA, the residence hall provides a unique taste of international referee camaraderie. | The rules of competition are available on our website for the Schwan's USA CUP Weekend and Schwan's USA CUP. If you plan to officiate at either of these tournaments, you should familiarize yourself with the rules of competition prior to the tournament.

The Schwan's USA CUP is happy to announce that Official Sports will once again sponsor the referee area of the tournament.
Official Sports will provide each referee with a complimentary Schwan's USA CUP polo shirt. Offcial Sports will also be providing Golden Whistles for the tournament referee award winners.

USA CUP AND USA CUP Weekend Mandatory

ALL referees for the Schwan's USA CUP and Schwan's USA CUP Weekend tournaments must attend one mandatory meeting.
These meetings are held at the following times:
Wednesday, July 15, 2009 at 1800 in the Schwan Center Gold Room A
Thursday, July 16, 2009 at 1800 in the Schwan Center Gold Room A.
Monday, July 20, 2009 at 1800 in the Schwan Center Silver Room.
These meetings will cover tournament specific rules and procedures. Additionally, referees can pick up their schedule for the first day of the tournament. Referee gifts (polo shirt, flipping coin, etc) will be given out at this time. This is the only time referee gifts will be distributed.
If you are a visiting referee who is unable to attend a meeting due to your arrival, please contact us at referee@nscsports.org. |

Referee schedules for the Schwan's USA CUP Weekend will be available online on Friday, July 10th and games must be accepted by Tuesday, July 14th at 2000.
Referee schedules for the Schwan's USA CUP will be available online on Tuesday, July 14th and must be accepted by Saturday, July 18th at 2000.
Referees will receive an email as soon as schedules are posted online. Please do not inquire about referee schedules until after the posting date. |
