The online applications for SCHWAN’S USA CUP WEEKEND and SCHWAN’S USA CUP are live and ready for you.

Application Procedures:

• The online application takes approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.
• Visit the tournament website and select Apply Here.
• Review the team fee and individual player fee prior to application. This information is also found in the Apply Here menu.
• Team fee payable by Visa or MasterCard only at time of application. The individual player fees and or dormitory housing fees are due June 1 and may be paid by Visa, MasterCard, check, money order or wire.
• Teams requesting dormitory lodging will also pay the $150 dorm reservation/damage deposit at time of application. This deposit is refundable 45-60 days after the tournament, providing no damage is reported by either the University of Minnesota or Northwestern College.
• Once you have completed your application, select Continue at the bottom of the page. This will bring up your completed application for review. At this time, print your application for your files and as your receipt for reimbursement from your club, if necessary.
• Most important! Be sure to click Submit at the bottom of the review page to send your application electronically to the tournament.
• Teams are accepted on a first come, first serve basis.

• Your team application will be reviewed by committee upon receipt.
• Acceptance notification will be sent via email upon acceptance. Please allow at least 10 days from application receipt to tournament acceptance.
• Your tournament ID number is stated in the subject line of your acceptance email. The tournament ID number is confirmation of your acceptance and is used on all required forms and tournament correspondence.
• Flight assignments are based on the team’s competitive ability. Teams may request a flight at time of application. Coaches will then have the opportunity to update their league/tournament records prior to final re-ranking beginning June 1. Teams will be personally notified of final flight assignments following the re-ranking period.

Visit the National Sports Center/Schwan’s USA CUP booth at the NSCAA convention in Indianapolis January 10-14, 2007. You can find us at booth number 1236. Come by and pick up a copy of the new USA CUP DVD. The video gives teams and parents an excellent portrayal of the USA CUP experience.
