I love to encourage everyone to try new and different things in their knitting. Exploring different yarns and techniques is what makes knitting so fascinating. So this week I'd like to encourage everyone to try some new colors! Want to make something light to transition from summer to fall? Try a little lace with Ritratto! Or how about Kudo for a nice summer top or shawl? Or if you're ready to think about fall, try a nice self striping merino like Jasper.
And for our local knitters, I'm happy to announce Knitting & Free Coffee Sundays! We have several knitting groups that meet during the week, but I thought it would be great to give everyone a chance to rest and relax for a few minutes before the weekend disappears. So I would love to welcome everyone to come and knit on Sundays from 11am-4pm and enjoy Knitting & Free Coffee Sundays!
