Final Sunday
I know I've said it before but July 20th really will be my last Sunday on staff at Clermont First Baptist Church. So if you need something in the "reaching and teaching department" you better ask fast.

Seriously, the past ten years have been a labor of love and a privilege for me and my family. We've laughed and cried, sweated and relaxed with so many of you. We've grown and stretched, married and buried, prayed and praised. Basically we've become family and you'll be forever in our hearts. (I better stop now.)

Your support over the years is greatly cherished and your support in the future will be greatly appreciated. We will continue to need your prayers, emails, visits, and financial gifts. Speaking of gifts, the Lord prompted someone to cover the cost of our visas this week and all I can say is, "WOW! God is good!"

Someone also requested I get the quartet guys together for one last rendition of "Sweet Beulah Land" so I'm happy to say we'll be singing in the evening service this Sunday.

Financial Update
It has been very difficult for me to get used to raising money for our mission fund. It's easy for me to ask you to make contributions to others in need. But asking for myself just feels strange. So I'm going to ask you to help my family get to London.

As you can imagine, international travel has become quite expensive in recent months so I contacted Missionary Travel Service that have helped me get to England and Africa at reduced rates for missionaries. The best deal they've been able to find is with United and one-way tickets cost $460 per person. So there you go, $460 will help one of my children get to London in August.

You can simply send a check for any amount to Clermont FBC (address at the bottom) and designate it for the Ecker family, even after we're gone. Make sure the check is payable to the church.

Furniture Sale
Another way you can help is help us sell our furniture. In addition to what you see below, we have book shelves, storage cabinets, a 5 drawer chest, and a leather swivel rocker, plus a lot of garage sale items. We also have two Chevy minivans.

Please tell your friends we'll be open for business on Saturdays at 8 AM. Nearly everything must go. Also, keep in mind that we have a 4 BR house for rent at 11121 Autumn Wind Loop, Clermont. Traveling south on Lakeshore Drive turn left on Oswalt, right on Regal, and right on Autumn Wind (look for signs to guide you).

Angel Finds a Good Home
We appreciate all the interest in adopting our little Bichon, Angel. I'm happy to say she's found a good home in a retirement village near Leesburg. (Isn't that what we're all looking for?)

Do you remember Ramel and Sherry Cuenca that lived in our mission house last year? Well, Angel has gone to live with Sherry's parents who recently moved down from Jacksonville.
