Greetings!

Last month our newsletter was about accountability.  I hope that you have had a chance to read through that and have your system im place for creating and maintaining accountability with your goals.

 MY NIECES AND I ON HALLOWEEN. AREN'T THEY CUTE?

Now that Halloween is behind us, we all know what that means, "The Holiday's" are, in my opinion "forced" upon us. We have to be strong especially during this time of year not to get distracted from our goals and dreams. We need to stay focused to what we want and taking care of ourselves. Our well meaning friends and relatives, can never do as good of a job at that as we can, due to the fact that they do not know exactly what it is that we hope and dream for.  We may tell them, put our passionate hearts our only for our own minds and souls.
Fitness Tip Of The Month
 Extreme Self Care
 
My fitness tip of the month is extreme self care.  Why extreme? I think that most of us do a very excellent job of taking care of ourselves.  We can for the most part claim to take really good card of ourselves. But extreme self care, can you say this to be true of you?
 
Extreme self care is going that extra mile to make sure you are staying true to what you value. Keeping your eye on your goals and not letting yourself sacrifice what you want because someone else wants you to eat a brownie.  "Oh come on, one won't kill you will it?" I am sure you have heard that before. Make a strategic plan to stay true to your values and goals. Make a plan to take last month's accountability one step further. To challenge yourself on the inside in a way that you have never done before. Set some goals just slightly outside your boundaries. Take the time to pamper yourself in whatever way you have been neglecting. For me, one thing I make sure that I do is go to the chiropractor every other week.  I feel great, my spine is nice and straight, but it is that extra little bit, that makes me stand up just a bit taller than I did before I went in.  It let's me know that there are other things out there too, that I can do. 
 
If I can feel even better when I am already feeling good, what else is out there? I also make a habit of practicing self hypnosis on a daily basis.  I don't do it when I have "problems" I do it even when I feel great.  I figure there must be more of this right?  There must be someone out there who feels even better than I do, for me that is just what I value. For you, you have a whole other set of standards.  Do take those standards, and expand upon them, improve them, and IMPRESS YOURSELF!
