Greetings!
October is a busy month for me. Not only do I have my Free Phone Coaching Confernce Call this Thursday night and my Stage Might Figure Posing Workshop on Sunday. We also have the Border States Fitness and Figure Competition coming up.
One of my clients and dear friends Jen is going to be competing in fitness. It will be her first fitness competition, so if you live out in California, please swing by Anaheim to cheer her on in the Border States and watch her perform. She has been working hard all year and I am so proud of her improvements.

LEAVE YOUR PROBLEMS AT THE DOOR
This month we are talking about leaving your problems at the door. We all have busy lives and we do whatever we can to fit it all in. We squeeze and poke at our schedule to get every little minute we have to achieve our goals.
My workout time is scheduled. It is important and I make it count. Here is what I like to do. When I cross the barrier of the door on my way into the gym, that is my hour to focus on one and only one thing, building and sculpting my body in exactly the way I desire. Making my body do as I say and obey me. That is my hour to focus, and hone in on my fitness goals. Nothing else is important, and nothing else is talked about. Sure I like to laugh and have a good time at the gym. But if my mind starts to wander on some task later in the day, or a problem that has been bothering me, I guide my mind back to my fitness goals, and focus with 100% dedication and energy into my muscles and my mind. My cardio is spent visualizing or repeating affirmations, my training time is spent feeling the muscles and visualizing what they are doing. In the end of the hour, I am refreshed, energized and ready to move on to the next segment of my life. Try it, next time you go to the gym. Create a jacket, that you take off as you enter the gym and say to yourself... This is my hour! And get to work. Nothing beats the feeling of an awesome workout! |

ALRI Primed Ultra
Pre- Performance Fuel
Why I love it...
I am not a big fan of fat burners or pre workout stimulants. I am very picky when it comes to pre-workout products. I have been taking ALRI's Primed Ultra for a few weeks now and the main effect that I love is increased focus and energy during my workouts. My workouts seem to easily last longer, I have better focus and drive. This is a great pre-workout performance enhancer. I highly recommend when your pre-workout product runs out that you give this one a try next.
