Once again, the PAC at Harry Hooge Hooge (sounds like 'hoagie' in case you were wondering) are putting on a 12 hour fundraiser. Last year was a huge success...well organized, plenty of prizes, lots of elbow room, warm gym...so come on out and have a "me" day with your fellow scrappers. WHY DO YOU SCRAPBOOK?
Scraps for Thought
 That was the question of the day on October 19 on our Facebook Page and Blog. The question was sparked by a conversation I had earlier with 2 scrapbookers...one was new and overwhelmed by the options available and not knowing where to start...the other was seasoned and a overwhelmed by the volume of her stash and the feeling of futility of never being "caught up". Scrapbooking is a hobby for some, and a craft for others. Aren't hobbies and crafts supposed to be fun? I look at scrapbooking as a hobby with a purpose. It should be fun AND productive. What do "fun" and "productive" mean to you? I'd love to hear your reasons.
