So much of our back pain is caused by poor posture and one of the worst culprits is your car! Many people lean to the right (the accelerator) or have car seats which don't support the curve of the back.

If you have been following our Facebook page you will have seen that this is a month of exciting news for us.

This weekend we will be at the Over 50's Show in Estepona for the 4th time! And this year we are launching our new Mole Check-Up service, quick, painless, accurate and available at the Over 50's show.

We are also pleased to introduce Maria who will be offering Therapeutic Massage at the clinic.

Mole Check-Up

A mole may typically range in colour from pale brown to dark brown and can be found anywhere on the body. It can be flat or raised, smooth or rough, or have hair growing from it.

Moles can in some cases develop into malignant melanoma (a serious type of skin cancer which requires early detection for successful treatment).

Over the last 25 years the incidence of malignant melanoma has risen more than any other major cancer - largely due to excessive exposure to ultra violet light on holidays in the sun or from sunbeds.

Therapeutic Massage

Maria is a Spanish trained Physiotherapist working with us to provide Therapeutic Massage

The use of massage to treat work and sports related injuries is widespread. Massage can be used as a preventative, to ensure the muscles are well balanced, smooth and relaxed when resting, and toned and strong in action.

Should injury occur, massage after initial first aid treatment helps the damaged tissue heal quickly and correctly, with the minimum of scar tissue, adhesions and loss of mobility.

Muscles not only move our joints, they stabilise them and provide armour for the internal organs. Minor problems cause more pain than most people realise.

She is offering 1 hour therapeutic massage for 60€.
