Exciting times this month and a few changes for Autumn.

Due to increased demand for our practitioners we are converting our studio to a treatment room. So while this is fantastic news for our practitioners it does mean that there will be no more pilates or yoga classes. Both Pedro and Charli will be teaching elsewhere and their details are below.

Teachers and classes
Due to increased demand for our practitioners we have now converted our studio into a treatment room.
Sadly this means that we will no longer be able to have yoga and pilates in this space.
Pedro and Charli will still be available for classes elsewhere.

Heart Health Check-Up
 In line with and exceeding UK recommendations, we are now offering a heart health assessment.
Taking only 20 minutes, we measure your cholesterol, blood pressure and blood sugar levels and importantly, check your overall arterial health. We can also answer any questions you may have about reducing your risk factors and protecting your heart health in the future.
