Okay time to learn about another great oil...OLIVE!! Just like a lot of other oils Olive Oil has numerous beauty benefits. To name a few Olive Oil promotes smooth beautiful skin, it's light enough to used on the face for a light moisturizer and helps to maintain elasticity. Smoothing it on your face helps with wrinkling and aging! It also Heals dry brittle nails, softens cuticles and does wonders to condition your hair! It's a wonderful antioxidant and is high in VItamin E. Always look for "Extra Virgin" Olive Oil this is the least processed and maintains all of the benefits! Lets not overlook the inside, Olive OIl aids in digestion and is CHOLESTEROL free, so when you're doing some light grilling make sure to use it!
