Exfoliate!
What is it and Why should we do it?
This is one of the most asked questions we get at Pooka! (after coconut oil, of course, LOL) What is Exfoliating? Exfoliating is removing a layer of dead skin from your body. Your skin cells reproduce and by exfoliating we remove the top layer of dead skin so that we expose the new skin underneath! You want to exfoliate at least twice a week to let that new beautiful
skin glow. When you moisturize you want to feed your skin vitamins and minerals but if you
have those dead layers of skin, vitamins won’t get through. Also, exfoliatiing helps to increase circulation and get the blood flowing to help regenerate the skin and it also helps with cellulite! So make sure that at least twice a week your getting your exfoliation on, LOL!!
Skin Brushing
Another great thing for your skin is skin brushing. Before the shower take a body brush and go over your entire body, this gets the circulation going and removes loose skin before you even step in the shower.
