 The folks at the UNC School of Public Health are working to assess healthcare providers' knowledge, beliefs and practices regarding donor human milk. They expect it to take <6 minutes to complete the anonymous survey. Maximum participation will increase their ability to create recommendations for quality improvement that reflect your experiences in caring for mothers and infants. The survey will be available HERE until April 6, 2012.
