conference call During this month's webinar, teams on the call discussed the final data collection form for Phase II. Two items were added: ethnicity and payor type. To view the form, click here.

Remember, all teams will start data collection for Phase II on March 1st. New hospitals joining the SIVB initiative for Phase II will complete 2 months of baseline data as well as start data collection on March 1st.

Prematurity Prevention Symposium January 19-20 in DC
 
PQCNC had a poster abstract accepted and presented at the March of Dimes' Prematurity Prevention Symposium 2012 Conference in DC--"Improving Perinatal Care in North Carolina: Working Together As A Collaborative". The symposium provided great networking opportunities to share lessons learned on prematurity prevention.
