 Reminder: Our next webinar is Wednesday, December 28th from 2:00-3:00am. Please plan to have at least one person from your team on the call so we can hear your 'voice'. We'll be discussing the data collection form for Phase II.

Our second expert team gathering for development of Phase 2 of EHM Mother Baby is near upon us. Based on the work done by the NICU team, and a suggestion from a member of our EHM Mother-Baby Team, we have streamlined key elements of our action plan into a single page data collection tool which will serve as the basis for our EHM web meeting next week. Please consider this and bring all suggestions to our meeting next week. We would hope to deploy this for data collection on all babies in your unit. If there are elements that your unit is collecting that are not included here please bring them up. Any work PQCNC is doing must support as much as possible the work you are doing locally.
