Welcome to the first edition of our Classroom Champions newsletter. The 2011-12 program is off to a great start. These monthly newsletters will keep you up to date on what's happening inside and outside of the classrooms. Our athletes and teachers are doing amazing things and feedback has been extremely positive. Stay tuned for good things to come!
Classroom Champions designates themes for each month so that teachers can tailor their curricula and incorporate athlete videos into their planning. October was goal setting month. Classroom Champions would not be effective without the time, effort and dedication of our teachers. They are true champions!
November's theme was about finding inspiration. Ms. Daily's class was inspired by a quote from Olympic legend Jesse Owens.
