Outstanding First Half
Game On: 'Awesome' first six months for Hidden Brook program

TDN said of Awesome Maria,
"Who's better in 2011? No one!"
after her fourth Graded win in
four 2011 starts, the Ogden
Phipps H.-G1 at Bermont
|
Paris, KY- Led by 29 stakes horses in the first 25 weeks, including our tenth Grade 1 winner in seven years, Hidden Brook is forging an even hotter pace in 2011 than the one we blazed in 2010.
From January 8th through June 25th, 29 runners who were foaled, raised, sold, raced in partnership and/or purchased by Hidden Brook, earned blacktype in major races around the world. These include seven Group/ Grade 1 horses, led by Grade 1 winners on both coasts, Ogden Phipps-G1 victress Awesome Maria, and Santa Anita H.-G1 victor Game On Dude. In addition, we had our 12th Classic starter of the past two seasons, English 2,000 Guineas-G1 contender Happy Today.
During the same time span, Awesome Feather--who we sold for longtime client Fred Brei's Jacks Or Better Farm at last year's Fasig-Tipton November Sale--earned the Eclipse Award as Champion Two-Year-Old Filly in the U.S. And Lady of the Desert--who we foaled and raised for longtime client Rabbah Bloodstock--was assigned the highest weight among all 3-year-old female sprinters in England.
In 2010, our program had its most successful season ever by number of stakes horses, with 37. For the fourth consecutive year, Hidden Brook had a runner in the Kentucky Derby, and we were the only program in the world to produce runners in all these 2010 Classics: Kentucky Derby-G1, Preakness S.-G1, Belmont S.-G1, Epsom Derby-G1, English 2,000 Guineas-G1, Prince of Wales S., French 1,000 Guineas-G1, KY Oaks-G1.

Hidden Brook Racing Partnerships
In Full Stride
As more and more potential owners look to spread their risk, Hidden Brook is in a unique position to get individuals in the game quickly and successfully. And the Hidden Brook racing partnerships have really hit their stride this year.
Through late-June, Hidden Brook partnerships are winning at a 22% clip! Despite limited numbers, our partnership horses have made 32 starts, boasting 7 wins, 3 seconds, and 7 thirds - 53% in the money. Highlights include 4 wins at the prestigious Gulfstream Park meet, a $54,000 allowance win at Keeneland, and a $150,000 G3 stakes placing by La Reine Lionne at Monmouth Park on Memorial Day.
Previous Hidden Brook partnerships have raced Champion Knights Templar, stakes winner/multiple Graded stakes placed Quiet Meadow, multiple stakes winner Balian, and New York Graded stakes colt Dubinsky. We would be delighted to welcome potential owners who would enjoy being part of a Hidden Brook racing partnership. Contact one of our representatives to discuss this option--today.
