Almost 450 messengers and 36 visitors were in attendance when the IBSA Annual Meeting came into session on Nov. 2 at 1:30 p.m. At the outset after some discussion, messengers voted to accept all 12 churches recommended by the Credentials Committee into IBSA. Read more at IBSA.org.
