Market Street Adaptive Reuse
Construction is underway at 2040 Market Street in Philadelphia, a mixed use renovation designed by Philadelphia-based architect Stephen Varenhorst
. Developer PMC Property Group is renovating the former AAA Mid Atlantic building into a bustling Center City anchor at 21st and Market Streets.
Conners Sales Group
played a key role in transforming the shell of this former 1960s office structure. CSG represents Columbia Commercial Building Products
, of Rockwall, Texas, who fabricated and supplied the windows for the exterior facade. Columbia's 2050 series projected over fixed window is being installed, with a clear annodized finish. Reilly Glazing of Norristown, Pennsylvania is installing over 500 windows. Shown left are two progress photos of the current re-glaze.
The overall development by PMC and Varenhorst is to include 14,000 square feet of new retail space, 282 residential units and two additions, including an 8-story tower addition.
