A Message from Jim Veler

President & CEO

Abrisa Technologies

Our Santa Paula manufacturing facility is in upgrade mode. Our organization prides itself on providing our customer's with the highest quality optical products available.

In order to maintain that quality level, we have tasked our plant manager with making sure that our products are manufactured within a state-of-the-art facility insuring that once delivered they will provide the performance you have come to expect from an Abrisa Technologies optical solution.

clean roomOver the summer, our team has been busy expanding our clean room capability.  At our Santa Paula facility, we now have nearly 1,300 sq. feet of clean room area ranging from class 100 to class 100,000.

All screen printing at Abrisa Technologies, including conductive, display, opaque and semi-transparent inks to custom colors using epoxy, enamel or ceramic-based inks are done within our clean rooms facilities. Typical applications include printing of gauges and instrumentation, display and touch panels, bus bars, icons, borders, logos, lettering, and more.

Abrisa Technologies OvenWe also just purchased a large walk-in oven to supplement our existing thermal curing capability. The new oven has a curing temperature up to 500 deg. F, allowing us to cure large batches, improving our flexibility to complete longer product runs and increasing throughput. This means, that you... our customer will be better served.  The oven additionally provides us with the capability to cure large product up to 72" in length.

At Abrisa Technologies, we believe that providing a high quality product is paramount not only to our success but our customer's as well, and we will continue to re-invest in our facility in order to provide the best precision glass optics available on the market. Learn More
