Front Surface Mirrors Provide Increased Reflectivity
|

 Abrisa Technologies can provide Front Surface Mirrors for a broad scope of optics applications. The substrate of choice for the front surface or first surface mirrors is float glass with a typical flatness and irregularity of 4 to 6 waves per inch.
Mirrors are available in dimensions up to 74" x 130" (1880 mm x 3320 mm) depending upon thickness specified. Typical thicknesses carried in stock are 1 mm, 1.6 mm, 2.3 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm, and 10 mm.

Large Format Screen Printed Optics - Now Available!
|
Abrisa Technologies' Santa Paula manufacturing facility can now provide large format screen printed optics in sizes of up to 56" x 86" or (1422.4 mm x 2,184.4 mm) with a tolerance of up to ±0.03" or (±0.76 mm).
Minimum substrate thickness is approx. 0.039" or 1 mm with a maximum substrate thickness of 0.75" or 19 mm. Screen prtinting is available in multiple standard and custom colors, including metallics, opaques, and semi-transparent inks, and range from low temperature epoxies to high temperature frits.
