We had such success last year with this project and we are hoping to do even better this year.
You don't have to be a 'business'. You can just be a hobbyist who has items to sell as gifts. Or perhaps you do a service and believe that someone may just purchase a home-made Gift Certificate from you to bestow upon a friend or family member.

 | Nowell Sing We Clear
| The Monadnock Folklore Society presents "Nowell Sing We Clear" on Friday, December 9 at 8:00 PM at the Dublin Community Church. $15/$12(senior, youth & advance internet sales). Our sincere apologies for listing the date as December 3rd in last week's newsletter.
This will be the thirty-seventh touring season of "Nowell Sing We Clear" with its unusual songs, carols, stories, and customs. Drawn mostly from English-language folk traditions, the songs tell both a version of the events and characters involved in the Christmas story and detail the customs which make up the twelve magical days following the return of the light at the winter solstice. Many of these ancient customs are the basis of the today's holiday traditions, such as visiting and feasting, gift-giving, carol singing from door-to-door and the adorning of houses and churches with garlands of evergreen.
For more information or for ticket information, please visit the Monadnock Folklore Society. |
 | Country Christmas Bazaar | The Munsonville Ladies Group will hold its annual Country Christmas Bazaar on Saturday, December 10th, from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm.
New this year will be a silent auction, featuring 5 beautiful items. Also new this year will be a raffle for themed Christmas baskets.
The Tea & Dessert Table will be open at 9:00 am and the Light Lunch Table (featuring chili, vegetable soup, corn or clam chowder and a sandwich) will be open at 11:00 am.
This is the largest fund raiser for the Chapel By The Lake. Proceeds from this event help local families in time of crisis, purchase clothing for needy children, help fund educational trips for the students at Nelson and Stoddard Schools, support mission trips, and help to purchase heating oil for the church.
For more information please call Charlotte at 847-3212, or Marline at 446-7857.
