 The Special Olympics is an organization I am passionate about and honored to participate in their fund raising programs. The Special Olympics is such a great organization and what they are able to offer is truly a thing of beauty. In NC alone, there are more than 38,000 children and adults with intellectual disabilities who participate in Special Olympics. The Special Olympics provides these individuals with unique opportunities to grow, challenge themselves, compete, camaraderie, and have fun.
