| Greetings! |
|
Thanksgiving is such an awesome time of year! For many it is the time they take a moment to recognize all the great things and blessings happening in their lives. I would like to take this time to thank all of my patients for selecting me to be on your health care team. I thank you for your trust and confidence. I thank you for your referrals. I thank for your courage to try something a little different in the attempt to improve the quality of your life. I thank you for all that you have shared with me as well. I have learned so much from each one of you, and for that I am extremely gratefull.
Everyone one of you has probably heard me ramble on about the yin and yang of all things. Yin and yang also means the positive and negative or, what we consider the good and the bad. All things are both positive and negative at the same time. In this duality, is perfect balance. However, though all things are a balance of negative and positive, we see what we choose to see. If you look at any situation and expect to find something negative, you will succeed. Likewise, if you choose to see the positive, you will succeed. You will find what you seek.
Viewing life through grateful and thankful eyes can change your world. Living your life in a mode of "giving thanks" will brighten your world and give you more to be thankful for. I hope this Thanksgiving you take time to recognize all the wonderful things happening in your life. I hope this season you consciously try to see all the positive aspects of your life. I promise when you look for the good, you will find it.
Happy Thanksgiving,
Quinn |

PAJAMA DRIVE!! |
|
Starting today, November 10th, The Center will be hosting a pajama drive for the Raleigh/Durham chapter of The Pajama Program! This is a wonderful non-profit organization who provides new, warm pajamas and new books to children in need all over the U.S. and around the world. The program serves children in need living in group homes and shelters. Most have never enjoyed the simple comfort of having a parent tuck them in at bedtime with warm, clean pajamas and a story. For more details about this fantastic cause, and where and when to bring your donations, please visit our BLOG at www.thecenternhs.wordpress.com. |
