8th Grade Projects This Week
The 8th grade projects are being presented to parents and the public each night this week (through Thursday) from 6:30-9:00pm in the MPR. Don't miss this special opportunity to become familiar with this Waldorf tradition as our eighth graders take the stage to introduce their area of interest and walk us through the process of completing a related hands-on project. See schedule of presentations.
Each evening promises to be unique. All Journey School families--and their guests--are encouraged to come. 7th grade students are required to attend at least one evening.

Cyreine's Rainwater Harvesting Project
Special congratulations to Cyreine on the success of her rainwater harvesting installation. Cyreine will be presenting her project along with the rest of Mr. Martin's 8th grade class this week. See presentation schedule here.
Much gratitude goes out to the students, parents, and teachers who came together on Monday and Tuesday last week to help with Cyreine's ambitious endeavor. We are especially grateful to Matt Johnson of Paradise Designs and Jodi Levine of Earthroots Field School for the generous gifts of their time and expertise. Cyreine's rainwater harvesting project was truly a community effort! Read more about Cyreine's project on our blog.
