Multi-Year Lease
- Congratulations! We just reached formal agreement with CUSD on a 3 year-lease for our current campus

Close-the-Gap
- The school must close a $400,000 gap in next year's budget in order to keep current services and programs

- We truly need your help
- Donate generously to the CLOSE-THE-GAP program if you value public Waldorf education and feel your child benefits from Journey
- Otherwise, the budget committee must make painful decisions in the coming weeks, like: potential layoffs, class size increases, and cutting specialities

STAR Testing for 4th and 7th graders is Tuesday, March 6th
- Writing is an important marker in all successful Waldorf schools
- Let's encourage students to show what they know for their own pride and the school's benefit
- Help your child do his/her best by following a few guidelines:
- Attend school every day and on time
- Turn-off the screens
- Get lots of sleep and eat healthy--breakfast is key
- Focus on effort versus outcome
- Keep stress at a minimum--avoid distractions or disruptions that sap energy
- See that blessings and positive outcomes follow hard work

and friends of Journey School

Dinner 7-8pm
Silent Auction ends at 9pm
Music and Dancing till the night is over...
A limited number of tickets are still available The first hour of the auction evening will be on the
outdoor courtyard of El Adobe, San Juan Capistrano.
It might be a bit cool so plan on having a warm layer just in case.
We look forward to a beautiful evening of celebration and fun!
