Based on discussions by the International IPPS board in recent years, the International constitution is being updated to better reflect the current operation of the Society.  The following link outlines the revisions of the Constitution and Bylaws being presented for approval by the voting membership in 2011.  The vote will take place at the business meeting in Louisville on October 21st; votes may also be submitted by proxy.
