breakthrough bootcamp = unleashed potential!
way to shine it up, three dog yogis!
last week's BREAKTHROUGH BOOTCAMP wasn't just a ton of fun...together we sent $1362 to the Redwood Empire Food Bank.
BIG LOVE to all the yogis who showed up and broke through...great work dialing in the basics and taking it up a notch, too!
also, many thanks to REFB Executive Director David Goodman for joining us for the sweat and to Kim Derum from New Vintage Print Inc. for designing and donating the "unleash your potential" t-shirts!

if you said yes to any of these, get in here on Thursday night for PROJECT PLAY, our monthly class devoted to poses like arm balances and inversions that sound scary, until you play with them enough!
this class also funds our sponsorship of Africa Yoga Project teacher Francis. Francis teaches yoga to teenagers in Kenya; he is also currently developing a workshop series to teach life-skills and empower his students to create better lives for themselves.

please join us for our first-ever FEEL the LOVE day...all our regular classes are ON! we'll have assistants in each class and treats for your post-class enjoyment...but the big fun starts in the afternoon!

redwood empire farm CSA 
we are once again thrilled to be a pick-up location for the Redwood Empire Farm CSA program.
from may through november, you can pick up a weekly box of the freshest seasonal fruits and veggies right here at the studio...pickups will be Thursdays from 5-7, beginning the first week of may.
the box will change weekly, but you'll always get the "first picking" of the best that the farm has to offer...sign up for the season, and you'll get a standard weekly box for $25.
