this will be the first of a series of three-hour "bootcamp" workshops designed to breakthrough barriers in your yoga practice....
in this session, we'll dig deep into alignment, build strength and lay a foundation for lighter, more joyful poses...and a lighter, more joyful you!
all other classes will be canceled on the 30th...so come out and get your sweat in while you can!
workshop fee is $38; monthly members receive $12 off when you register at the studio...sign up today!
