from May through September, you can pick up a weekly box of the freshest seasonal fruits and veggies right here at the studio...the box will change weekly, but you'll always get the "first picking" of the best that the farm has to offer...
sign up for the season, and you'll get a standard weekly box (feeds 1-2) for $20 or a family box (feeds 3-4) for $28.

 for our march/april/may karma challenge, we're taking our yoga off the mat -- and out into the world!
the Sonoma County Human Race is Saturday, May 8....it's a 10K that you can walk or run...
we are putting together a team of walkers and runners in support of the Sonoma County YWCA Safe House/Preschool, to support their ongoing work to help women and children fleeing domestic violence...
we've got training plans and group training meetings to help you get ready to walk or run!
