Important Information for this week!

The CAFETERIA WILL SELL SACK LUNCHES FOR $2.55. Lunches must be pre-ordered prior to exams through each teacher. Students who bring their own lunch in order to remain for test make-ups or tutorials must report to the cafeteria where they will be supervised from 1:30-2:30. Students may not come and go from the Cafeteria/

Campus during the lunch break. Students who LEAVE campus may NOT return until 2:30.

 

All students throughout the district are PROHIBITED at all times from being on any other campus other than their own DURING THE SCHOOL DAY. This policy is STRICTLY enforced during exam days. Students CAUGHT on other campuses will be issued a TRESPASS warning by the Plano POLICE and will receive disciplinary measures from their schools.

for students 2010-2011 

 

Tutorials During Exam Week

Mornings: Tutorials are open to students at 8:00 or 8:15, depending on the tutorial schedule for each department.

Afternoons: All students without a pass must be out of the building by 1:20 p.m. Tutorials are open to students afternoons beginning at 2:30, depending on the schedule for each department.

 

Exams

·         Students must take final exams to receivecourse credit.

·         Be sure you know the final exam schedule for each of your classes.

·         Students will not be allowed to enter exams late without administrative approval.

·         If you miss a final exam because of illness and your parent has called in to report the illness, it is your responsibility to schedule a make-up exam with your teacher.

·         Students who are absent from an exam will receive a 0 until the exam is made up.

 

Dress Code and Prohibited Items

Dress code and prohibited items apply during final exams. Do not wear or bring something that would cause you to be removed from class and/or sent home.

 

Library

All library books are due. Please clear up all fines and overdue books in the library before final exams.

 

Semester Courses

You will need to turn in your textbook on the day of the exam.

 

Report Cards

Report cards will be mailed home. If you have moved, be sure the counseling secretary has your correct address.

 

Campus Visits

You are prohibited from visiting other PISD campuses during exam week. Students caught on other campuses will receive disciplinary measures.
