Melanie Evans

Paralegal

 

Melanie Evans joined the WMW team in April 2007.  After exhibiting enthusiasm and the ability to learn quickly in the capacity of legal assistant, she was promoted to a Paralegal. 

 

Melanie grew up in Festus, Missouri where she was one of nine siblings.  She, in turn, had two children and was able to stay home with them with during their formative years.  Prior to becoming a parent, Melanie was manager of a carpet cleaning rental company in Central Florida.

 

Melanie loves to be outdoors, especially when she is fishing, camping, and hiking.

It's the new year so we have a new format.  Our goal is to keep in touch with the many families that have touched our lives.  We continue to hope you have received a fresh start and a revived outlook on life.  Our newsletter will be delivered monthly and we welcome any feedback about the newsletter and/or your experience with the firm.  We hope you enjoy hearing from us and we would love to hear from you.

Recipe 

Pork Loin Fajita Bake
   
  
2 small or one large pork loin (unseasoned)
3-4 cans of black beans
1 each - green, red, and yellow pepper (large chunks)
1 medium sweet onion (red)
1 garlic clove minced
1 package of Fajita seasoning
  
Add 1 cup of water then cover
(*may need to add more water as needed)
Bake 280 degrees for 2 hours -covered.
  
*This could also be put in a crock pot

To serve put over rice and top with shredded cheese, sour cream, tomatoes, and chips on the side if desired.
