I hope everyone is enjoying the new format of our newsletter. Our goal is still to keep in touch with the many families that have touched our lives. We continue to hope you have received a fresh start and a revived outlook on life.

| About Lindsey Wyatt
Lindsey Wyatt joined Wagoner Maxcy Westbrook, P.C. in April of 2008. Upon completion of the bar exam in July of 2008, she became a full time associate attorney. Originally from Columbia, Lindsey moved to Warrensburg in 2001 to attend the University of Central Missouri. There she received her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology. After graduating in 2005 Lindsey moved to Kansas City to attend the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Law where she received her Juris Doctorate in May of 2008. Lindsey became interested in bankruptcy law while taking Secured Transaction and her interest peaked during her internship with the Honorable Dennis R. Dow, Chief Bankruptcy Judge for Western District of Missouri.
Lindsey lives in Brookside with her two Labradors, Jack and Albert. In her free time Lindsey enjoys being an aunt, the outdoors, golfing, traveling, and socializing with friends and family. In the Summer you can find Lindsey watching the St. Louis Cardinals, her favorite team, or the Royals playing baseball. Another way she enjoys the nice weather is by taking a motorcycle ride with her boyfriend or having some fun on the water.

Free Memorial Day Weekend Event at Union Station!
The largest FREE Memorial Day Weekend event in the Midwest returns for its
eighth year! The Kansas City Symphony, led by Music Director Michael Stern,
perform patriotic favorites against the backdrop of Kansas City's historic Union
Station on Sunday, May 30 at 7:30PM. Bank of America
Celebration at the Station concludes with blazing fireworks
above the National WWI Museum at Liberty Memorial - Kansas City's largest
fireworks display of the year! The Kansas City Symphony is grateful to Bank of
America for making this gift to our city possible.
Memorial Day Concert At-A-Glance
Date: Sunday, May 30,

Location: Union Station
Concert Time: 7:30PM to 9:15PM
Tickets: FREE to the public
Parking: Available for a nominal charge in
the West Yards Parking Garage at Union Station and nearby garages including Two
Pershing Square, cash only. Surface parking is available in lots at
Hallmark and Blue Cross & Blue Shield. Handicapped parking is available in
the Triangle Lot on the north side of Pershing and Kessler, just east of
Broadway.

Program: 90-minute patriotic concert,
followed by fireworks at 9:15PM

Lindsey's Favorite Cajun Dish and Restaurant!  Cajun Seafood Pasta
Ingredients:
2 cups heavy whipping cream 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme 2 teaspoons salt 2 teaspoons ground black pepper 1 1/2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes 1 teaspoon ground white pepper 1 cup chopped green onions 1 cup chopped parsley 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined 1/2 pound scallops 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 pound dry fettuccine pasta
Directions: Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water
until al dente.
Meanwhile, pour cream into large skillet. Cook over
medium heat, stirring constantly, until just about boiling. Reduce
heat, and add herbs, salt, peppers, onions, and parsley. Simmer 7 to 8
minutes, or until thickened.
Stir in seafood, cooking until shrimp is no longer
transparent. Stir in cheeses, blending well.
