Did you know that you can get an annual medical report?

Health and insurance companies use these reports to determine your rates.  Unlike the annual credit report there is a fee of $30, however you could potentilly save money by knowing what is in your report.  Check out the link below for more information.

Testimonials
Brent (and Bob) was always friendly and helped me clearly understand what to expect.  He always treated me with the utmost respect and dignity. Which was especially nice given that I was going through an undesirable, uncomfortable, and potentially painful process.  I also appreciate your patience with my paying schedule and your support in helping me make a fresh start.  Matt's Favorite things to do on a budget!

Normally in this space someone shares a favorite recipe.  Since I'm not a huge fan of cooking, or doing dishes, I thought I would recommend some entertainment options in Kansas City that I think are fun and yet relatively inexpensive.

Royals Dri Duck Fountain
Seats $7:
One of the advantages of having a losing team in town year after year is that tickets are plentiful and affordable. One of the most affordable options at the K are Royals Dri Duck tickets. The tickets only go on sale two and a half hours before the start of each game and are available at Gate E for $7. The way that the Royals bullpen is pitching, you may even go home with a homerun ball!

Wizards Grass Berm Tickets $15:
The Wizards play their home games at Community America Ballpark, next to Kansas Speedway and The Legends. Grass Berm seats are located directly behind one of the goals and are a great place to view the game. Parking/tailgating is free at all Wizards games.

Frisbee Golf at Rosedale Park:
Rosedale Park is located in Kansas City, KS right off of Mission Road and I35. There are two 18-hole Frisbee Golf courses that challenge even the best player. A great way to spend the day outdoors, especially now that the weather is starting to warm up.
