Need Sponsors for the Youth Fashion Show :
We are soliciting donations from area businesses and other persons for the prizes to be awarded to the winners of the competitions.
If you know of a business that would be interested or if your business is interested in donating to this project we would greatly appreciate any thing you would like to give.
All donations would be recognized as donated from your establishment at the event and possibly in the local newspaper (if we are able to interest them in a human-interest story for the paper).
Our letter of Thank you indicating your exact donation are sufficient documentation of your donation as a advertising expense for tax purposes.
If you are interested here is some specific information about the levels :
$150 For a cash or in-kind donation, a sponsor will receive:
· Quarter Page sized Ad in the Youth Fashion Show Program
· Company description and logo recognition - on all printed event materials for the event
· Receive 4 event tickets.
· Reserved Sponser table at event.
· Company description in our website and newsletter - with web link to your site (if available).
· Verbal mention (50-word description as provided) at sponsored event/program.
$100 For a cash or in-kind donation, a sponsor will receive:
· Business Card sized Ad in the Youth Fashion Show Program
· Logo recognition - on all printed event materials for the event.
· Receive 2 event tickets.
· Literature distribution at event.
· Company mention in our website and newsletter - with web link to your site (if available).
· Verbal mention (25-word description as provided) at sponsored event/program.
$50 For a cash or in-kind donation, a sponsor will receive:
· Listed in the Youth Fashion Show Program.
· Receive 2 event tickets (seated at head table).
· Company mention in our website and newsletter - with web link to your site (if available).
· Verbal mention at sponsored event/program.
